Purpose
I process information in order to reply to enquiries, arrange sessions and — if we enter into a working relationship — to maintain a responsible therapeutic practice under supervision (professional guidance from an experienced therapist).
What information?
Typically your name, contact details and whatever you yourself write in an enquiry. In a course of therapy there may also be case notes / session notes, to the extent needed for sound practice under supervision.
Legal basis
For enquiries: your consent and/or a legitimate interest in being able to reply to you and arrange a session. Therapeutic information is handled under confidentiality and in line with the requirements of responsible practice.
Supervision
As part of my training I work under supervision. That means I may discuss cases with my supervisor — professionally and typically anonymised, or with only what is necessary for the guidance. The purpose is to ensure quality and responsibility in the work with you.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose — for example to follow up on an enquiry or to document a course of therapy responsibly. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have, among other things, the right to:
- access the information I hold about you
- correction of inaccurate information
- erasure where possible and lawful
- complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe the rules are not being followed
You can contact me at kontakt@tabogliv.dk if you wish to exercise your rights.
Sharing and hosting
I do not sell your data. The site is hosted by dlx.dk. I only share information when it is necessary for the practice (for example supervision as described above) or if the law requires it.
